Your inquiry and privacy

The information you send helps the studio understand the photographs you need and reply about a suitable session. This page explains the website inquiry process.

What accompanies your inquiry

The form asks for your name and email, with an optional message. Share the purpose of the photographs, your timing and the details needed to plan the shoot. Avoid including passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in a message.

Your request also identifies the page and service you were viewing and any package you selected. It may include referral or campaign details, the page where you arrived, your browser information and country-level request information. These details help us route the inquiry and understand how you found the studio.

How the studio uses it

We use the inquiry to reply to you, discuss the required images and confirm the proposed scope and availability. Sending the form starts that conversation; your appointment is confirmed afterward. See session information for what to settle before the shoot.

Website hosting and inquiry-processing services handle the request. It may be stored in the studio's inquiry records and delivered to internal email or messaging tools so the team can receive and respond to it. Spam checks may process technical request information when used.

Browser-session and referral information

When you arrive through a link with campaign details, the website can keep those details in your browser's session storage as you move between pages. The form can then include the original campaign and landing page with your inquiry. This session information helps connect a request to the visit that led to it.

Ask about your information

For questions about an inquiry record, or to request a correction or removal, email hello@headshotburo.com. Include the email address you used for the inquiry and enough context to identify the request. Ask the studio about record retention if that is relevant to your inquiry.

A selection gallery or final download link is a separate part of a photography package. Its access period is not a statement about how long an inquiry record or an original photograph is retained. Confirm gallery access and file arrangements with your session.

Portfolios, maps and other services

The website links to external photography portfolios and Google Maps. Opening those links, or viewing an embedded map, involves services with their own privacy practices. Any company portrait program should also confirm who can access participant information and the delivered photographs.
