From inquiry to a confirmed session

An inquiry starts a conversation about scope and availability. Sending the form or choosing a package button does not reserve a date. The studio confirms your appointment and session details after reviewing the request.

Inquiries reviewed daily, 9 AM–9 PM PT. This is our inquiry-review window, rather than a promised reply time.

Sessions by appointment, seven days a week. The studio is at 2079 E 15th St #339C, Los Angeles, CA 90021. Share your office or proposed LA location when asking about an on-location shoot.

Check the package against your brief

The published package comparison lists session time, wardrobe options, finished images and the included usage rights. Retouched final photographs and color-corrected selects are different deliverables. Choose the package for the files you need to use, then confirm any additional requirements with the studio.

Tell us about the intended uses, people, locations and deadline. If your brief requires additional production support, travel or photographs beyond the listed scope, discuss those details before confirming the session. Payment arrangements belong to your confirmed booking.

Selection, delivery and gallery access

Review the selection process and delivery timing for your chosen format. Explain any launch, casting or press deadline before booking so the studio can confirm the required schedule.

Actor sessions

Your selection gallery arrives within two business days after the session. Retouched finals follow within five business days after you send your final selections. The final download gallery stays available for 60 days after final delivery.

These timings apply to the actor packages. The 60-day access period describes the final download gallery, not a promise about permanent file storage or deletion of originals.

Personal branding and other formats

The personal branding packages list three-to-five-business-day delivery. Confirm the production and selection schedule against your specific deadline. Other formats have their own inclusions; check the gallery-access period and delivered file versions when arranging your session.

If your plans change

Contact the studio about a cancellation, a different date or a change in scope. Include your name, the agreed appointment and the change you need. Ask us to confirm availability and the terms that apply to your booking before making new arrangements.

How you plan to use the photographs

Read the usage-rights line in the selected package and share the intended placements with the studio. Business profiles, a personal brand campaign and a company photo library have different briefs. Confirm any unusual licensing, third-party use or delivery requirement as part of the agreed scope.

Company portrait programs

For a team rollout, confirm headcount, locations, the company reference and who selects the final images. Agree participant access, scheduling, file delivery and future-hire arrangements for the actual program. The public portal demonstrations show examples of a workflow; the studio confirms the options and terms for your project.
